Join me for a complimentary tour of Pelham to see first-hand the quality of life just 30 minutes from mid-town Manhattan

Award-Winning Public Schools.
Pelham's k-12 schools provide a small and nurturing environment, with four neighborhood elementary schools, one middle school and one high school with a graduating class of less than 200.  More about Pelham Schools

Homes for Sale. With a population of 12,000 (which has not changed in number since 1940), most of Pelham was built pre-WWII in a variety of historic architectural styles, including Victorian, Colonial and Tudor Revival.  See Homes for Sale in Pelham.

Closer to Midtown than parts of Manhattan. Comfortable Metro-North trains depart Pelham’s historic train station and arrive at Grand Central in 29 minutes or less at all times of the day and night. The Lexington Avenue 4&5 subway also ends just a few miles from Pelham. More about commuting from Pelham

Sense of Community. A tightly-knit, yet welcoming town, Pelham has pedestrian-oriented neighborhoods where residents walk to the town, library, train and schools, creating a strong sense of community. More about Pelham Community Organizations
